Celtic Solstice Mystery Quilt

I finished the Celtic Solstice mystery quilt top that I have been working on for the last while. When Dustin and Gina got married I had wanted to make them a wedding quilt. That was over a year ago and I’m just now getting “a round tuit!” I chose to make it with lavenders and purples, some of Gina’s favorite colors.

Julia it turned out gorgeous. I remember the post where you were wondering if the colors had enough range. I would say a resounding yes!

Julia, they are both lovely. Please pass along to your sister Polly that it was a pleasure to see both of you together sharing your quilts.

Purple and green together is one of my favorite combos. Your quilt is beautiful and so is your sisters. I particularly like the way you turned the tri-recs blocks. Since I don't have mine finished yet,I may just try it out for size on mine.

Julia, these are both gorgeous! Love the green and purple palette on yours. And the pattern -- I love the motion that the triangle in a square piece give a quilt!
