Columbus Tales and Quilts to Louisville

Life ...

This evening we took in the “Tales From the Crypt” at Friendship Cemetery in Columbus.

“Tales from the Crypt re-creates the lives of noted personalities interred at the historic Friendship Cemetery, the site of the Confederate Decoration Day that inspired the poem, The Blue and the Gray”

Christian Aid Ministries Guests

We had guests on Sunday for lunch from all over the US. These folks have come to help rebuild with Christian Aid Ministries in the Louisville, MS area where the tornado went through this spring.

Tornado

This afternoon (4/11/15) a tornado touched down just east of Macon.IMG_0780

The Hoovers house was complete destroyed. They are part of our church family. The neighbor’s grain bin landed in front of their carport.IMG_0801
