Fabric Giveaway

I'm joining "Sew Mama Sew" for her Giveaway Day, which really lasts a week long.

Giveaway Day

This giveaway is now closed, but thank you for your interest.

 
You know, my fabric closet has more fabric than I can use in a lifetime. So, this is your opportunity to win some of it.

Up for grabs here are 8 fat quarters of Daydreams by Stephanie Brandenburg for Camelot Cottons Brushstroke.

To be in the draw, all you have to do is leave a comment about one of your favorite choices of relaxation. Would it be, fondling fabric, sewing fabric, quilting, or pulling weeds, planting a garden, harvesting produce,  or vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the bathroom, washing windows, or … something else?
For an extra chance in the drawing become a follower and come back and let me know.
This giveaway will be open until Dec. 7 at 5 p.m. PST. Then we’ll choose a winner with Mr. Random Generator.

  1. Hi! What pretty fabrics! My favorite relaxation activity does not include any cleaning ;) Unless it's cleaning out the craft stores of great deals! Which that, I must say is a fave relaxation thing for me!

  25. Seeing the house clean is relaxing. ;) Seriously, I like to chill by either reading or doing some hand-work, embroidery is my most current amusement. Also quilting.

  28. My favorite form of relaxation is making BLOCKS. Not quilts but BLOCKS. Then I kit them up...and throw them in the box. I could probably finish 20 quilts if I would JUST put them together. The GOOD think is if I need a quick quilt for charity I just grab a bag...the BAD thing is the box is awfully FULL! Thanks for the chance!

  48. These colors are excatly mine lol.......It independs in what kind of mood I'm in, sometimes it takes a long walk with the dogs........sometime knitting, sewing, quilting or cross stiching. Or reading :-)

  81. These are new fabrics to me--beautiful! My favorite relaxation is when I sit in the recliner and invite my 17-lb cat Bigboy to join me. After brushing him, we both get a little nap.

  123. My favorite way to unwind and relax is to brush and then ride my horse :) There is nothing like riding through the woods, seeing the scenery, listening to the rhythmic beat of her footfalls, hearing the woodsy sounds...ahhhhhh.

  148. My favourite ways to relax probably depend on the season, it's winter and rather cold, so right now,... taking a long very hot bath and reading a good book. But in the summer, my favourite relaxation method is going for a walk around the stormwater pond in my neighbourhood. It's full of ducks and other birds and ringed with trees and it feels like stepping out of the city and into the country. Love it!

  172. I went to International Quilt Market for the first time and spent an absolutely heavenly day wandering through the shops and displays. At the time I thought how relaxing, and satisfying the day was. At the end I was exhausted but oh what fun!
