It's been fun watching Emily put together her Wonky Quilt. I gave her free reign of my scraps.

May Color Challenge

I'm trying to take on the "Color Challenge" that Vicki & Judy host. This is the picture that has been chosen for May.

We are to make something with these colors. So .... here's my fabric that my sister Emily helped me pick out.



And here I have cut out the pieces for a small crib quilt.

Design Wall Monday

Emily & I are having fun today. She is making Wonky Houses improvisationally and I'm cutting and making some Pineapple Square in a Square blocks.

Postcards to Columbus

Joel had an old pickup truck that he used for feeding catfish. It was old and beat up and I decided it would make a good subject to be photographed. Using those pictures last week, I made these postcards for Postcards to Columbus . The pictures were tweaked on the computer and then printed on fabric that was ironed to freezer paper and sent through the printer.
