I like the peach in the middle best ... but if you set the blocks together you get alternating peach / blue diamonds anyway :)
Your string quilt looks like it will be very beautiful. I grew up making quilts with my church: Deer Creek Mennonite Church (General Conference) in Deer Creek, OK.
