Tina, Guests, and Sailing II Art Quilt

Life …
I took care of Tina one day this week. Her favorite puzzle piece was the motorcycle.

Building towers with my thread kept her occupied for a while.

Paul’s niece, Melissa & Scott and Kaylie from Michigan came to visit her family over the holidays.

We invited our family and a few from her family for supper. Her grandma Louise, her momma Miriam, her SIL Laura and …

… their spouses who had no problem not posing for a picture.

Georgi stayed for a ‘sleep over’ party.

Paul got a 10 point buck this evening.

… as a Quilter

There is still time to leave a comment for your chance to win my 4 yards of 100% cotton quilting fabric here.

I have decided now to make a series of Sailboat art quilts. So I took this picture, which is a little different from the other one …
Sailboat 4c

… and made it into another small art quilt, Sailboat II. It measures 7”X10”.

I love your sailboat series. I can't wait to see III. In the meantime, II is amazing. I love the variegated thread "waves" you quilted in the water. Nicely done! Thank you for linking up!

P.S. That little Tina and her tower of thread is adorable.
